Motion Design
Overview
A 30-second Lottie animation created in After Effects to promote the launch of Brightidea Whiteboard. The animation showcases key product features—including its infinite zoomable canvas, real-time collaboration capabilities, and high-performance WebAssembly engine—reinforcing Whiteboard's power, flexibility, and reliability for enterprise innovation teams.
Brightidea needed a compelling way to communicate the depth and differentiators of their new Whiteboard product at launch. A static image or slide deck wasn't going to capture the fluidity and performance of the product experience.
I designed and animated a 30-second explainer in After Effects, exported as a lightweight Lottie JSON for seamless web playback. The animation walks through core product features in a structured visual narrative, using motion to mirror the product's own sense of speed and flexibility.
Outcome
The animation became the hero asset for the Whiteboard product launch, bringing the feature story to life on the web without the performance cost of video — delivering a broadcast-quality experience at a fraction of the file size.
