Corporate Values

Brightidea’s core values serve as the foundation of its culture and guide how the team works every day. I led the design, illustration, development, and production of the original five core values posters. These visuals are prominently displayed throughout Brightidea’s San Francisco headquarters and the New York City satellite office, and are also accessible via the company’s internal intranet—helping reinforce the brand’s mission and mindset across the organization.
